Timber Holdings Iron Woods® Residential Products

At Timber Holdings Intl. we control the wood products that carry the Iron Woods® brand from point of origin all the way to our customers to assure consistency of product quality certify compliance with all international laws and regulations designed to promote sustainability.

“We continue to use Iron Woods® having experienced its dependability, quality, and beauty of grain, color and pattern.”

100% Pure

All Iron Woods® regardless of grade are inspected and certified to be 100% pure. The species you specify or buy is the species you receive. Other similar looking, but lower performing and often less expensive species, are identified and rejected. Unfortunately, it has become the practice of less scrupulous companies in our industry to exploit trade names originally designed around a specific species and performance characteristics to sell similar looking, but inferior, wood species. Timber Holdings works closely with the U.S Forest Products Laboratory to identify species substitutions in the market.

Assurance

It is critically important that specifiers and end-users understand that just like with any product, quality and environmental commitment cannot be assured when buying generic products. For consumers buying over the internet, where there is less recourse post-sale, this fact is most important. Companies that stake their reputation to their brand know that their future rests on delivering against brand promises.

If you have made the decision to purchase the benefits associated with our brand, make sure you ask your supplier for proof or verification before installation. This can be achieved through product trademark labeling, or by contacting us directly so we can verify the legitimacy of your source. Unfortunately, we are receiving far too many calls from frustrated consumers who believe they had purchased our products only to learn after installation or once problems occur that they were sold inferior grade generic products because they did not specify or verify the product authenticity prior to installation. At Timber Holdings Intl., we believe an informed consumer is our best customer.
